Q: How long have you been a realtor and why did you enter the industry?
A: I have been licensed for 20 years. I am born and raised in San Jose and my real estate career has been throughout the South Bay Area. Working with people to find their residence in my neighborhood feels like I’m sharing one of Northern California best areas to call home.
Q: What motivates you the most?
A: I need to love what I do in order to be motivated. In my experiences, I have found that the personal connection with my clients creates a bond of trust and an on going friendship.
Q: What is your favorite part of the job?
A: The personal bond created with my clients.
Q: What do you do when you’re not working at Amare?
A: I spend a large amount of my time with my family and friends. Summers are filled with days on the lake watching the family wake board or poolside taking in the sun.
Q: What sports teams do you follow?
A: Honestly not a big sports person, if a big game is on I’m usually there for the family time. Other than that, following both my daughter’s volleyball careers have been my favorite sport to watch.
Q: Favorite movies?
A: Comedy is my favorite. I’m a sucker for cheesy romances too.
Q: Favorite TV Shows?
A: A few reality shows. However, I actually recently binged watched Yellowstone. And I never thought I would watch that show and fell in love with it! RIP is just so dreamy.
Q: Pets?
A: I had pets growing up but as adults Luna (Brindle French Bulldog) has stolen my entire heart and is one of the best addition to our family! I’m also her favorite so it’s a win win.
Q: What social media do you use most regularly?
A: Facebook (due to my age) and instagram are my go to. I fear TikTok but have made a few videos.
Q: What was the last book you read?
A: Year of yes. I’m not a big reader but Vic recommended and I actually have been engaged.
Q: Favorite outdoor activity?
A: Sun and a body of water and I’m there! Glamping, more of glamours camping Is my fav.
Q: if you could have any kind of car, what would you get and why?
A: I used to dream about an Audi Q5, loved it! I recently upgraded to the SQ5 and in love ♥️
Q: What would be your ultimate vacation?
A: Somewhere when the sun is warm and i am surrounded by my family and friends. And it would be for a good length of time.
Q:If you could have lunch with anyone who would it be?
A: My little cousin Marissa and it would be a lunch with cocktails even though I no longer drink. Most importantly we would laugh so hard. And it would be the longest lunch in history. She is no longer with us so I would just one last lunch with her.
Q: What are some of the customer service things you’re proud of at Amaré & describe your view of what exceptional customer service is?
A: I have only been at Amaré for a short period of time but for the time I have been here the team is really kind and appreciates their clients. To me exceptional customer service is providing service where the customer feels by being attentive to their needs and truly caring on the outcome of that need. Being prepared with answers and assisting our clients to have a seamless transition.
