Dan began his career as a Real Estate Assistant at Contempo Real Estate, Inc. in 1987, where he gained valuable experience assisting veteran agents with sales calls and events. He then transitioned to Coldwell Banker, where he spent over 10 years as a full-service real estate agent, new agent trainer, and relocation specialist.
In 2006, Dan decided to branch out on his own and became the owner of It's A Grind Coffee House, a full-service coffee franchise with a drive-thru. In this role, he was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including inventory control, payroll, and customer service.
In 2009, Dan founded Crewners Barber Shop, a luxury barber shop that quickly became California's highest Yelp-rated shop in just 14 months. In this role, he was responsible for building the brand and overseeing all aspects of the business.
Most recently, Dan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cipresso Wines, a California wine company built on the reputation and craftsmanship of famed winemaker Roberto Cipresso. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company and was the original founder and project coordinator.
